How does the AI actually work?
You take a selfie in good light, and RaisiMe sends that photo securely to our AI for analysis across five areas — skin health, hair, grooming, style fit, and presence — turning it into your RaisiMe Score and a prioritised action plan.
Is my photo stored anywhere?
No. Your selfie is analysed in real time and not stored afterwards. Only the results — scores and recommendations — are saved to your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RaisiMe → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → RaisiMe → Cancel.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Privacy → "Delete all my data." Permanent and immediate. If you can't access the app, email support@raisime.com.
Is RaisiMe safe for teens?
RaisiMe is built for ages 16+, with positive language, no harsh ratings, and daily limits to encourage healthy use rather than constant re-checking.
Why did my score change between scans?
Lighting, angle, and expression affect results. Read your score as a trend over time, not a single number.
Is RaisiMe free?
Yes — start free with core features. Optional paid plans unlock more scans and guidance, price always shown before you commit.
Does RaisiMe give medical or dermatological advice?
No. RaisiMe offers general self-care suggestions only — not a medical device. Consult a qualified dermatologist for health concerns. See our Terms.
