1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and RaisiMe ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RaisiMe mobile application and raisime.com website (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading, or using RaisiMe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
If we become aware an account belongs to someone under 16, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it.
3. Description of the service
RaisiMe uses AI to analyse photographs you provide and generate:
- A "RaisiMe Score" and sub-scores across skin health, hair, grooming, style, and presence.
- Personalised, general-purpose suggestions related to grooming, skincare, hairstyling, and style.
- Progress tracking over time.
4. AI-generated content and disclaimer
- The AI analysis may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your circumstances.
- RaisiMe does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- Consult a qualified dermatologist or physician before making decisions about your health or skincare routine.
- RaisiMe does not recommend cosmetic surgery, injectables, or prescription treatments.
- Scores are motivational, not an objective measure of attractiveness or worth.
If you are experiencing distress related to your appearance or mental health, please speak with a qualified professional.
5. Accounts
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- Notify us of any unauthorised use.
- Delete your account anytime via Profile → Privacy → "Delete all my data." Permanent and irreversible.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
6.1 Free and paid tiers
RaisiMe offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers, as described in the app.
6.2 Billing
Billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing shown before purchase, may vary by region.
6.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
6.4 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your app store account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6.5 Promotional offers
Promotional pricing (e.g. discounted first-year plans) is subject to specific disclosed terms, including renewal pricing after the promo ends.
6.6 Price changes
We may change prices; changes are communicated in advance and apply to subsequent billing periods.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload photos of others without consent; reverse-engineer the Service; use bots/scrapers; interfere with the Service; use RaisiMe's outputs to harass or body-shame others; impersonate anyone; or circumvent usage limits or wellbeing safeguards.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, the "RaisiMe" name and branding, and software, is owned by RaisiMe and protected by IP law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of your photos and content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service, per our Privacy Policy. Your photos are processed in real time and not stored.
10. Third-party links and services
We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Service. RaisiMe may earn a commission on affiliate links at no extra cost to you.
11. Disclaimers of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED RESULTS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAISIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $20.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RaisiMe against claims arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally; unresolved disputes go to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
16. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance.
17. General provisions
Entire agreement, severability, no waiver, assignment restrictions, and applicable app store terms all apply.
